Despair

Despair is like a monster inside you. It eats you from the inside out. It chews your guts, gnaws at your soul, and bores holes in your heart. It makes you feel hollow. Empty. Alone. Fearful.

Been there, done that (all too often), but it's like that old saying goes:
What doesn't kill us, makes us STRONGER.

ANd yes, I can get sucked back into depair...it happens as you get older, have more regrets, have fewer close friends alive, and watch the world become a bit more alien" to you...

THAT'S the time to hold onto things you cherish tighter than hell.
You can't get rid of the depair, but you can make it work FOR YOU, instead of against you.
(that's the secret)

Keep the Faith.
